Processing Time
All orders are prepared and processed within 7-10 business days before shipment. This timeframe includes handmade production, quality control, and careful packaging. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to almost every country. If yours is not on the list, please contact us and we'll make it possible. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided as guidelines only.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped. Delivery is carried out in accordance with applicable European Union and Spanish consumer protection laws.

Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, reshipping fees may apply.

Failed Delivery Attempt

If the carrier makes a delivery attempt and the recipient is unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions for redelivery or collection. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, or if the package is not collected from the designated pickup point within the time allowed by the carrier, Lumina Lovers cannot be held responsible for the resulting non-delivery.

If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect it from the pickup location, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Delays or Lost Shipments

While we carefully work with trusted shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or confirmed as lost, please contact us through our contact form. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
