Refund policy

At Lumina Lovers, every piece is chosen to add a little glow to your everyday life.

We truly hope you fall in love with your order, but if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right with care and kindness.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Custom orders or personalised pieces are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or made incorrectly.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was shown on our store, we will happily cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label. You’ll simply need to pack the item securely and drop it off to the nearest Post office.

To keep things fair for everyone, we cannot cover:

  • damage caused by improper use or excessive force
  • accidental damage (i.e. strains from spilled liquids, pressure, tears from misuse)
  • normal wear and tear over time
  • exposure to water, heat, or external stress beyond intended use
  • third-party alterations or repairs

Our bags, sleeves and accessories are designed for everyday life — but everyday use is not the same as misuse.

Each case is reviewed individually, always with fairness and common sense on both sides. We aim to find the best solution whenever a real quality issue is present.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of heart, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

To request a return, please contact us via the contact page form or via the withdrawal form with your order number, the reason for your request, and photos. We carefully review all requests within 48 business hours to ensure every Lumina Lover receives the attention she/he deserves.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you may choose between a full refund or an exchange. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using your original payment method.
